Paste a list of names or options and an animated wheel spins and lands on the winner. The winner is chosen on the server with a cryptographic random generator and unbiased rejection sampling, so every slot on the wheel has exactly equal odds, and the wheel animation always stops on that exact winner. Each entry's chance is shown.
