Gorgias is the AI-powered customer experience platform for ecommerce brands. This connector gives your AI assistant secure, OAuth-based access to your Gorgias account so you can audit your setup, pull voice-of-customer insights, and take real helpdesk actions from chat. What you can do: Tickets: search and read tickets with full message history, reply to customers, post internal notes, update status and priority, and add tags. Macros and rules: find stale or duplicate macros, create and update macros, apply them to tickets, and manage automation rules. AI Agent: audit and tune your AI Agent — tone of voice, handover topics, support actions (including creating new ones from templates), channel enablement — and preview replies safely in test mode before going live. Knowledge: review, draft, and publish Help Center guidance that powers your AI Agent. Customers and team: look up customer profiles and review your agent roster. Insights: query your helpdesk data to surface contact-reason trends, frustration patterns, return reasons, and CSAT drivers. How it works: sign in with your Gorgias credentials through the standard browser OAuth flow — no API keys to copy. All calls run against your own Gorgias account, as your Gorgias user. Have your Gorgias subdomain (the part before .gorgias.com) handy when you connect. Available on all Gorgias Helpdesk plans.
