This connector lets you query that feedback in plain language. Ask what is driving negative reviews this week, count complaints by category or app version, surface AI-clustered themes, track a metric over time, or open the underlying feedback with real customer quotes. You can also build and update dashboards directly from the conversation. Each user sees only the data they are already permitted to see in unitQ.
