## Questions

### Do I need an account to use OpenApps?

No. Every app and publisher page is public, with United States data and the top 200 rows of every chart. A free account adds every other country and more depth.

### What does the free account add?

Every country in every chart and table, 1,000 rows on every chart with up to 30 days of history, Explorer with basic filters and a personal API key. No card.

### What does Pro add?

Every row of every chart and list, the full history and the Pro pages: Compare, Rank history, Change history and Launch lag. The API and the MCP server return the same depth.

### Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Choose Manage billing on your account page to change your plan in the Stripe customer portal, or write to hello@theopenapps.com and we'll switch it for you.

### How do I cancel, and what happens after?

Cancel anytime from your account page: choose Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

### Do you offer refunds?

We refund a payment when the law or Link's refund policy requires it, such as a duplicate charge. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. Otherwise we don't refund renewals, or the unused part of a period after you cancel.

### Is the API free?

Yes. Public reads need no key, up to 60 requests a minute per IP. A free account gets personal keys, with 600 requests a minute for the account. Pro keeps that rate and returns every row and the full history.

### Is there a team plan?

Not yet. Pro is one seat per account. If your team needs more, write to hello@theopenapps.com.

### Which payment methods do you take, and is tax included?

Major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Checkout adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, based on your billing address.
