Help with OpenApps: the website, the API, the MCP server and our listings in AI app stores and directories. One address answers everything.

## Contact us

Email [hello@theopenapps.com](mailto:hello@theopenapps.com) about anything: a question about the data, an app we show wrongly, the API or the MCP server, your plan or billing, or your account and its data. You can also write from the [About page](https://theopenapps.com/about#contact). We answer by email.

In an AI client connected to OpenApps, you can ask it to send us feedback: its `feedback_send` tool sends the OpenApps team a report, and no reply comes in the conversation. When a tool call fails, its answer ends with a request id; put it in your email or report so we can find the call.

## Delete your account and data

Signed in, open [Settings](https://theopenapps.com/account) and choose **Delete account**. It deletes your account with its API keys and connected apps at once, and ends Pro if you have it. It can't be undone, so use **Download your data** on the same page first if you want a copy.

To disconnect one AI client and keep your account, revoke it in [Connected apps](https://theopenapps.com/account/connections). To stop a key, revoke it in [API keys](https://theopenapps.com/account/keys).

You can also email [hello@theopenapps.com](mailto:hello@theopenapps.com) from your account's address and ask us to delete your account and the data we keep about you, including the earlier analytics events that carried your name or email. The [Privacy Policy](https://theopenapps.com/legal/privacy) says what we keep and for how long.

## When something isn't working

Every answer says what time its data is from. A call refused for its traffic budget says when to try again.

If the site, the API or the MCP server fails, or an answer looks wrong, email [hello@theopenapps.com](mailto:hello@theopenapps.com) or send feedback from your AI client, with the request id if the answer gave one.
