Connect ChatGPT to your Senitix CRM account. Ask about your open deals and their amounts, find a contact or company, see your upcoming tasks, check your sales forecast or run a saved report. Answers come from your live CRM data. ChatGPT acts as you: it only sees the records your Senitix permissions allow, and your organization's admin decides which tools are enabled. Changes (creating or updating records, moving a deal to another stage, completing a task, deciding an approval) are off by default and only your organization's admin can turn them on. Irreversible changes, such as converting a lead or deciding an approval, always ask for your confirmation first. Nothing can be deleted through ChatGPT.
