AddSign is e-signature software for small businesses. Connect your AddSign account to send documents for signature from your saved templates, check who has signed, remind people who haven't, and get a download link for the signed PDF. What you can ask: - "List my AddSign templates" - "Send the lease template to Maria Lopez, maria@example.com" - "Which of my documents are still waiting for signatures?" - "Remind the signers on the NDA I sent Monday" - "Get me the signed copy of the Smith agreement" How it works: you choose a template you already set up in AddSign, and the signers receive an email and sign in their browser. You confirm before anything is sent. Every document sent this way also triggers an email to you, the account owner, and is recorded in the document's audit trail. What it can't do: it sends from your existing templates only, and it cannot cancel or delete documents, edit templates, change billing, or see API keys. To cancel a document, open it in your AddSign dashboard. Requires an AddSign account.
