Agenda Hero makes it easy to build shared schedules and get events onto everyone's Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar. Teachers, coaches, parents, and organizers use it to share schedules with the people who need them. With this plugin, ChatGPT can work directly with your Agenda Hero calendars: • Browse your calendars and events. List your schedules, see what's coming up, and get the full details of any event. • Create events in bulk. Paste a sports schedule, a school newsletter, or a meeting agenda, and ChatGPT pulls out the events and adds them to the right calendar. • Keep schedules current. Update times, locations, and descriptions, or remove cancelled events. Changes reach everyone subscribed to that calendar. Example prompts: – "What's on the Spring Soccer calendar next week?" – "Add these practice dates from the coach's email to the U10 Soccer calendar." – "Move Thursday's parent-teacher conference to 4:30pm." You'll need an Agenda Hero account. ChatGPT can only access calendars your account has permission to view or edit.
