Ethica helps employers track the workplace compliance training, policies and notices their employees must complete, and prove it. In ChatGPT, Ethica does two things: - Looks up what employers in a US state, city or Canadian province must provide (training, written policies and employee notices), with who it covers, when it's due, the proof to keep and the official source. No account needed. - For employers who use Ethica, reads their own compliance records after they sign in: who is overdue, one employee's training record, how far along a requirement is, and links to download records for an inspection or audit. Built for HR managers, business owners and office managers at small and mid-sized employers. Limitations: Ethica in ChatGPT is read-only.
