Grunda

Sign agreements with BankID, straight from the chat. Write any agreement in the conversation, or upload a PDF, and Grunda prepares it for signing. You review it on grunda.co, add or confirm who should sign and press Send. Every party signs with BankID, the Swedish e-ID, and everyone receives the signed PDF with a signature page and a verification link. Ask in the chat who has signed. If you change the agreement in the conversation before it is sent, the same draft and link can be updated. Organisation numbers in an agreement are checked against Statistics Sweden's business register (SCB), so you see whether each company is active before anyone signs. The plugin can also: - Look up a Swedish company by its organisation number: registered name and address, whether it is active or in bankruptcy or liquidation, and whether it has F-skatt, is VAT registered (moms) and is an employer. - Create a Swedish invoice (faktura) as a PDF, with names, addresses and F-skatt filled in from SCB, VAT per line and reverse charge for EU customers. No account is needed. A document prepared for signing is kept as a draft for seven days, and nothing is sent until you press Send on grunda.co. The invoice is not stored: it exists only inside its encrypted download link, which expires after 30 days. Personal identity numbers (personnummer) are never accepted in the chat; BankID identifies every signer on grunda.co.
