Hercules Real Estate Data is a property research tool for real estate investors. It answers questions about properties, owners and investors in the United States, using public records and licensed property data, in plain language inside ChatGPT. Use it to search property records nationwide, look up who owns a property, see who is behind an LLC, find NYC pre-foreclosures and distressed properties, and find active real estate investors and lenders in any market. It is built for investors, acquisitions teams, wholesalers, lenders and agents. What you can do - Property search and property records, anywhere in the United States: filter by city, county, zip code, property type, equity, absentee owners, vacant properties and more. - Owner lookup: the owner of record, owner type, mailing address, how long they have owned it, and whether the property is owner-occupied or absentee-owned. - Property details: estimated value and equity, mortgage and lender, last sale date, beds, baths, square footage and building details. - NYC pre-foreclosure and foreclosure data: lis pendens filings by borough, foreclosure stage, equity, filing age and recently added cases. - LLC owner lookup: find the officers, managers and registered agent behind an LLC or company that owns property, from public business filings. - Active investors: see who is buying in an area, including cash buyers, portfolio owners and corporate buyers, grouped by owner with recent purchase counts. - Investor and lender firm search: hard money lenders, private lenders, note buyers, fix-and-flip investors, real estate funds and wholesalers, with business phone numbers, business emails and websites. Before a large search runs, you see how many records match and get suggestions for narrowing it. Nothing runs until you confirm. What it does not do - It does not provide personal phone numbers or personal email addresses. - It covers properties in the United States only. - A Hercules account is required. Try asking - "Find absentee-owned single-family homes in Tampa with at least 40% equity." - "Show me NYC pre-foreclosures in Brooklyn added in the last 30 days." - "Who owns 123 Main Street in Austin, Texas?" - "Who is behind Lennar Homes, LLC in Florida?" - "Who is buying multifamily properties in Miami?" - "Find hard money lenders in Phoenix." Results are provided for research and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify before relying on them. See the privacy policy and terms for details.
