Name an agency or a town and OfficeHubb finds it, with its phone, the lines of insurance it writes and the towns it serves. Ask for a quote and OfficeHubb gets that agency's own questions, you answer them, and after you agree to share your details, the request goes straight to the agency. A licensed agent there prepares the quote and reaches out by phone or email, usually within the agency's stated time. Existing clients can also ask their agency for help with a policy, such as ID cards, billing or a change. What it does not do: it does not sell insurance, give prices on its own, bind coverage or recommend one agency or carrier over another. A quote is not coverage; nothing is covered until a licensed agent takes an application and the policy is bound. Medicare and health plan requests go to the agency directly.
