Casefile

Casefile: the case file for every task, shared across sessions, agents and people. Needs a Casefile server you run (one-line Docker install). Claude Code connects through this plugin; the Claude Desktop chat needs the casefile.mcpb extension from the latest release. The skill walks an agent through taking a task, keeping its case, asking the human, handing it off and closing it with verdicts; the MCP connector signs in through OAuth, no token in the plugin.
