Scans a connected computer for cluttered folders or an entire drive, learns how the user already organises their information, and asks before designing anything. Proposes a topic based structure the user can approve in whole or in part, detects cloud-only placeholder files instead of failing on them, keeps clarifying questions to a handful, always shows a review page before touching anything, and can undo or rewind any run since nothing is hard-deleted without a separate later step.
