Observed tools

  • get_assistant_guide — Fetches the full Lemon.io assistant playbook for one workflow. Call this FIRST, before acting, whenever a workflow starts: "hiring" when the user wants to find or hire a developer, "job_description" when they want a JD or job posting, "interview_questions" when they want interview prep or question lists. Follow the returned rules for the rest of that workflow. Read-only.
  • get_interview_questions — Fetches interview questions from the Lemon.io library for one stack. Sets contain ~30 questions; fetch only what the user needs (default 10). For a follow-up like "show answer for #5", call again with question_numbers: [5] instead of re-fetching the whole set. Read-only.
  • get_job_description — Fetches the Lemon.io job description template for one role. Call once per role after identifying the role_slug (e.g. "ai-engineer", "react-native", "devops"); use list_roles first if the slug is unclear. Returns a markdown template with placeholders to customize from the user's answers before presenting the final JD. Read-only.
  • list_roles — Lists every role/stack in the Lemon.io content library with what is available for each: job description template, interview questions, coding tasks. Call this when the user's role does not obviously map to a known slug, or when the user asks what roles/stacks are covered. Returns metadata only.
  • preview_form — Shows the user a structured summary of their hiring request before it is submitted. Call this tool after collecting all required fields: name, email, specialization, must_have_skills, description (brief project description and talent needs), and requirements (detailed requirements). No data is sent to Lemon.io — preview only. Always call this and get explicit user confirmation before submit_form.
  • submit_form — Submits the confirmed hiring request to Lemon.io. Call ONLY after the user has reviewed the preview_form output and confirmed it is correct. Requires the confirmation_code printed by preview_form — it is only valid for the exact previewed field values, so any change requires a fresh preview. Side effect: creates a lead and project in the Lemon.io CRM marked as mcp_agent source.
