How we work

Find a real problem

Every product starts with a job people already do badly. We look for the thing millions of people do every day that still has no great solution.

Validate before building

We test demand with marketing before writing a line of product code. If people will not click on it, they will not use it. We only build what earns its way in.

Ship a focused v1

One core use case. No feature creep. The goal is a first version that does one thing so well that users come back without being reminded.

Optimise for retention

Day 1 is a vanity metric. We measure Day 7, Day 30, and Day 90. Growth that does not stick is just expensive churn.

What we believe

Most apps are forgotten within a week. We build apps to be used for months. Every product starts with one question: does this make something meaningfully easier?
