Asyntai puts an AI support agent on your website. It answers visitor questions from your own pages, documents and product data, in 36 languages, around the clock. This app gives you that whole product inside ChatGPT. Ask in plain language and it works on your own Asyntai account: - Conversations: read what visitors asked, see the questions your agent could not answer, and review the leads and support tickets it collected. - Knowledge: add a page by URL, paste text, start a crawl of your site, tag entries, and search what your agent already knows. - Instructions: read and rewrite the instructions that decide how your agent answers. - Live chat: take a conversation over from the agent, answer the visitor yourself, and hand it back. - Widget: change the greeting, the name, the colours, the languages and the other widget settings. - Products: list and add products, and connect a product feed so the agent answers with current data. - Automation: add webhooks, schedule the daily report, and read the audit log. Every change you make here is the same change as in the Asyntai dashboard, and it follows the same rules. The app only reaches the account you sign in with. You need an Asyntai account.
