Local Commander

If Cursor's agent has ever hung on a dev server or tripped over PowerShell on Windows, this gives it another way in. Start a dev server and get control back straight away, read its log later, stop the whole thing, and check that localhost answers. Commands go in as a program plus arguments, not a PowerShell line. Only works in folders you choose and keeps .env away. Allowed programs like node run with your rights, so it isn't a sandbox. Open source, no account.
