Aikount is accounting and invoicing software for businesses and self-employed professionals (autónomos) in Spain. Connect your Aikount account to keep your books, issue invoices and check your Spanish taxes right from the chat. What you can do: • Invoicing: create invoices and quotes, issue them with a correlative number, correct them with a credit note (factura rectificativa), void them, record payments and share a link with your customer. • Expenses: share a supplier invoice, receipt or ticket as a PDF or photo and Aikount reads it, finds the supplier and records the expense with its VAT. Before recording, it checks whether the same invoice is already in your books and warns you instead of adding it again. • Bank reconciliation: see which bank movements are still pending, with suggested matching invoices; preview and confirm each match, or book bank fees and taxes paid straight to an account. • Accounting: Spanish chart of accounts (Plan General Contable), journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss. • Spanish taxes: quarterly VAT (Modelo 303), income-tax instalments (130), withholdings (111, 115), intra-EU operations (349), annual VAT summary (390) and third-party operations (347), plus the tax calendar with deadlines. Try asking: “How much VAT do I owe this quarter?”, “Invoice Estudio Norte 500 € plus VAT for consulting”, “Record this receipt” or “Which bank movements are not reconciled?”. Aikount works only with the company you connect. Issuing, voiding and deleting are marked as actions that need your confirmation. It has no tools to move money or to file tax returns: the figures are for you or your adviser to review and file. Changes to periods whose tax return is marked as filed are refused.
