Decision planning tool for a weighted decision matrix. Provide criterion weights and explicit option ratings on a fixed zero-to-one-hundred scale. Benefit criteria favor higher ratings and cost criteria favor lower ratings. Weights are normalized, integer comparisons determine rankings and ties, and criterion contributions explain each score. Change weights in the widget, inspect pairwise break-even shares while other weights stay proportional, or compare up to four supplied weight scenarios. Export the full comparison as CSV. Supports two to twenty options and one to eight criteria. Does not research alternatives, verify ratings, infer preferences or predict outcomes. Pairwise thresholds do not guarantee an overall winner switch. Displayed values round to six decimals. CSV links expire in about one hour.
