Mergewell Mail Merge
ZovoProductivity
Mail merge from Excel or CSV to PDF, right in the chat. Attach a spreadsheet or paste a list, write the letter once with fields like {{First Name}}, and get one print-ready PDF with a personalized document for each row. What it makes: - Mail merge letters: personalized letters from your spreadsheet in US business letter layout, with your return address, the date, the recipient's address, an optional subject line, a closing and a signature (thank-you letters to donors, the same letter to 200 customers with their names) - Certificates in bulk from a name list: award, completion, participation and appreciation certificates on landscape US Letter, in 4 styles (classic, gold, modern, deco) with signature lines - Envelopes from a contact list: #10 business envelopes (or A7) with your return address and the delivery address placed inside the USPS read area, optionally in USPS uppercase style It checks the merge before printing: - Template fields with no matching column, with the closest column name - Similar column names matched for you (first_name for First Name, Zip Code for ZIP) and reported, so you can confirm them - Records with empty values, listed by record number before you generate - ZIP codes that lost a leading zero in Excel (2134 becomes 02134) Template features: defaults {{First Name|Friend}}, formats {{Amount:currency}}, {{Gift Date:date}}, {{Place:ordinal}}, and conditions {{#if Company}}...{{else}}...{{/if}}. You see the first 3 merged records and can step through each record in the preview. Each PDF holds up to 2,000 records, and a merge report CSV lists the values printed for each record. Limitations: it makes PDFs only. It does not send email, connect to Word, Outlook or Gmail, or print and mail anything, and it does not make mailing labels, diplomas, degrees or licenses. Latin with accents (for example Polish or Vietnamese), Greek and Cyrillic print as typed; Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and emoji cannot be printed. Download links expire after about an hour.
