It recommends products, takes orders in the conversation, and flags chats that need a person. With MyChatBot in ChatGPT, you build and run that sales assistant by describing your business. You don't need to open a dashboard for most tasks. Set it up - Share your website or describe what you sell. ChatGPT drafts your sales assistant's name, greeting, sales instructions, and a starter FAQ, and shows them on one card. Nothing is created until you approve it. - Add a chat to your website. You get a code snippet to paste and a hosted page where you can try your sales assistant straight away. - Add a call button to your website so visitors can talk to your sales assistant out loud. - Connect Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, or TikTok. You get a link that finishes each connection in your MyChatBot account. Teach it your store - Import your catalog from a product feed or from a list you give it.
