Director's Lookbook
Director's Lookbook gives Claude a shared vocabulary for creative work. It is a library of named looks, each a card that says exactly how to ask for it: camera shots and moves, lighting setups, film stocks and camera formats, colour grades and post effects, palettes with hex values, typefaces and music styles. Describe a feeling ("rainy cafe at night", "cozy farming game", "a jazz singer, split lit") and deal_hand picks one matched card per slot for the job: photo, video or reel, cover, website, game or song. brief turns those cards into paste-ready prompt blocks: image and video prompts, shot lists, palette hexes, type, Suno style and exclude lines, and game key art prompts. It can format them for Midjourney, Runway, Kling or Suno. find_styles names a look or searches by mood or era, show_card shows one card in full with links to its example image, clip or music sample, and lint_hand catches clashes, such as black-and-white film with a colour grade. Every result links to the same look on directorslookbook.app. The connector writes text prompts only; it does not generate images, video or audio. Example images on the site are AI-generated. Read-only, free, no account. We don't store what you ask. We keep anonymous daily counts of tool calls and the cards returned, plus a two-day salted hash to count distinct callers.
