GovBot Mitigation Plans
GovBot Mitigation Plans is a remote, read-only MCP server operated by Ideation Lab, Corp. It requires no account. It serves content extracted from local hazard mitigation plans listed in FEMA's plan status registry, with each value cited to the plan document and page. What it returns: - Plans for a place: the plans covering a county, city or town, with registry status, approval and expiration dates. - Plan profile: document type, plan period, preparing organizations, maintenance schedule and FEMA review tool entries where the plan includes them. - Mitigation actions: action, jurisdiction, status, hazards and activity type, searched by place or plan. - Plan content: hazard events, risk rankings, loss estimates, NFIP and CRS information, capability, dams, development trends, climate projections, agriculture and engagement results. - Data sources the plan cites, with versions and dates. How results are qualified: the current approved plan is shown first; a newer version in FEMA review is shown alongside; an older plan is shown only when the current plan's content is not yet in the library. Every result states the plan status and dates from FEMA's registry, and each topic states how often spot checks against the plan pages found its entries correct. Values are as recorded in the plan at its date. They are not current conditions or determinations of eligibility. Personal names and contact details are removed. The plan library grows as documents are added. The server writes nothing. Limit: 120 requests per minute per network.
