The Pleo connector gives Claude direct access to your Pleo account, so you can manage expenses by talking to Claude — or let it handle them on your behalf. With Claude connected to Pleo you can: analyse spend, fix incomplete expenses, and automate the admin that slows your team down. The agent works within your existing Pleo permissions, and confirms with you before taking any action. What you can do with Pleo’s Claude connector: - Complete expenses before export: Surface what's missing and fix it in bulk, with your confirmation. - Attach receipts from anywhere: Fetch receipts from emails and vendor portals (via Claude Chrome extension.) Claude matches and uploads it to Pleo. - Categorise and tag in bulk: Apply categories and cost centre tags across a backlog of expenses at once. - Add attendees: Tell Claude who was at the dinner. It checks your contacts and adds them. - Find any expense: Search by merchant, supplier, or note and get the full record instantly. How it works: The agent inherits your Pleo permissions — it can only access data and take actions you're already permitted to perform in Pleo. Claude requires your approval before executing any write actions by default.
