BambooHR

BambooHR connects an assistant to a company's own BambooHR account so people can ask about their employee record, time off, goals, and coworkers, and get real answers back instead of opening the BambooHR web app. Employees can check their own balances, request time off, track goals, and look up the company directory. Managers can additionally review and approve or deny their direct reports' time off and manage their goals. Administrators can operate across the full employee population: applicant tracking, saved reports and datasets, company files, and (where BambooHR's Global Employment add-on is enabled) EOR and contractor data from Remote. The connector introduces no separate permission model of its own — every call is scoped by the caller's real BambooHR access level, so it can never show or change more than the signed-in user could already see or change in BambooHR itself.
